Ingredients:
Fish cubes boneless ½ Kg
Red chili powder 1 tea
Rice flour or white flour (Maida) 2
Tablespoon
Garlic grated 1 Tablespoon
Vinegar or lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
- Marinate fish with all above mentioned ingredients.
- Now shallow fry to give golden color from both sides.
- Serve with chutney or ketchup.
